Sealtech began as an extension of Al-Muzaraa Contracting Establishment’s activities, then was founded in Riyadh in 1986 as a company specialized in waterproofing and thermal insulation services. Since then, it has continued developing its technical capabilities and expanding its solutions to include protection systems and concrete repair.

The company built its expertise by executing work for government, commercial, and residential sectors, forming teams of engineers, technicians, and sales engineers, alongside expanding to serve multiple regions across the Kingdom.

Sealtech relies on understanding the problem before proposing a solution; the choice of insulation or protection system is affected by surface type, use, exposure conditions, structural movement, and maintenance requirements. Each recommendation is therefore given within a technical approach suited to the project, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all solution.
