Integrated Thermal Insulation with Polyurethane Foam
Polyurethane foam is a thermal insulation material formed by mixing polyol and isocyanate. It is characterized by a low thermal conductivity coefficient (0.02 W/m³) at 25°C, which reduces heat transfer, keeps the building cool, and lowers the energy consumption needed for cooling and heating.
It is sprayed directly onto the surface using specialized high-pressure application equipment, where it expands and bonds to form a seamless, high-density layer with no joints or seams – particularly useful for insulating irregular roof surfaces or treating existing leaks without removing old layers.
In addition to its insulating properties, polyurethane foam simultaneously provides a waterproof layer thanks to its closed-cell structure, making it a dual-function solution for thermal and water insulation on roofs and exterior walls.

How is it applied?
